With over fourteen years of experience in the Shipping business. Holds a Technicians degree in Industrial- Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panama. Has experience in P&I , passenger-cruise Industry related matters and cargo operations. His thorough understanding of the Cruise Industry and the close connections he has been able to develop with local Authorities over many years of service to the Company, make him a great asset to this Organization.
