Studied Industrial Engineering and completed Bachelor of Science in Business and Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Shipping with specialties in Ports and Canals. Served as Director and Vice-president of the Panama Chamber of shipping. Held the Post of President and Chairman of the Canal affairs Committee for the Chamber of Shipping for many years.
